Federal Government initative to boost Employee Share
Ownership in Australia The Australian federal government
has previously announced an initiative designed to double the
number of Australian companies with employee share ownership
schemes. RSG won the tender to design the share plan templates
for this project. RSG's involvement is complete at this stage.

New Disclosure Accounting Standards
The Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) has
recently announced a number of new expensing and disclosure
requirements that will affect those with existing Share Plans
and those who are seeking to implement Employee Share
Ownership. The new expensing and disclosure requirements apply
to all corporate share and share option based payments. Gary

Federal Government Contract - RSG Was Asked to
Consult
Employee Share Ownership plays a crucial role in business
success, and yet employee participation rates in Australia are
a long way behind our western counterparts.
In
recognition of this, the Australian Federal Government has
initiated a program in which a number of Australian companies
will trial employee participation plans. RSG acted as a
