JOHN DAY
John comes from a chartered accounting background and
provides excellent accounting skills combined with consulting
on remuneration, especially the integration of employee share
plan participation with total remuneration strategies. He is
an expert in taxation accounting and legal issues involved
with the administration of employee share plans.
John has been closely involved with the implementation and
administration of all types of employee share plans for all
types of organisations. Recently, John has been involved with
the implementation and administration of exempt, deferred and
executive option plans in the Prime Life Corporation Ltd. His
other clients include Macquarie Bank, Visy Industries,
Stemcell and Cabone.
John is also a qualified expert in financial planning. He
has particular skills in the integration of financial planning
with flexible remuneration strategies. John has devised and
run accredited remuneration consulting courses for financial
planners.
